 I'm Twyla Webbe, a Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing agent based in Tarrant County, Texas.  Providing accurate, prompt and professional service to my clients is my priority.  I'll ensure that all documents including the Trust Certification, PCOR and The Notice of Right to Cancel are filled out properly so there aren’t any funding conditions. I'm able to send scanbacks immediately with my mobile office and deliver documents on time. With my extensive training from the National Notary Association, Mark Wills of the Loan Signing System and Liz Head of EC Head Consulting, LLC you can be confident that I will represent you at the signing table and provide a positive signing experience for borrowers.
